The Hotel Schloss Ragaz is nestled in a romantic castle park with old trees on the outskirts of the picturesque spa town of Bad Ragaz. It is adjacent to two golf courses and also very close to the public thermal bath Tamina Therme. Half board
Enjoy our varied 3-course menu including mineral water in the «Chutnee» restaurant during your stay. In the afternoon from 14:00 to 15:00 o'clock, we invite you to a coffee or tea with a piece of cake - all for the price of CHF 55.00 per person per day. Please note that the pampering board can be booked up to 3 days before arrival and only for the entire stay.

"Appena arrivati in albergo abbiamo segnalato che la pulizia delle due camere prenotate non era accettabile, ma anche dopo la seconda pulizia la situazione non è migliorata. Ragnatele negli angoli e sulla parete della testiera del letto, insetti deceduti sopra la lampada fra il letto ed il muro, vetro in bagno, in alto tutto macchiato, per fare alcuni esempi. Lo spazio comune della piscina poco pulito e con ragnatele (quindi non sporco dalla giornata per via di chi usa gli spazi). Personale alla mattina durante la colazione poco disponibile e cortese, alla richiesta di mancanza di prodotti nel buffet. Al momento del pagamento segnalata le varie problematiche, mi sarei aspettato (visto il livello dell'albergo ed il costo) un gesto di scuse da parte di chi era alla reception ma al di là di informarmi che avrebbe preso nota della segnalazione, non è stato detto o fatto nulla. Non è colpa della ragazza inreception ma una politica di conduzione dell'albergo discutibile. Può succedere che la camera non sia perfetta, ma quando mi è capitato ho sempre ricevuto delle scuse sentite e se era già saldato il conto un pensiero per il disagio creato. Era un fine settimana con la famiglia in un posto che prometteva un'esperienza unica (vista la vostra immagine) ma è stata un po' una delusione."

"L’hotel si trova in un bellissimo parco con piscina. Tuttavia siamo rimaste stupite dal nuovo approccio rispetto alla Verwohnpension: un piatto a scelta dal menu. Calcolando che la mezza pensione costa circa 55 Fr non ne vale più la pena. Inoltre abbiamo qualche dubbio sui piatti indiani che non sempre possono piacere."

"Nei corridoi c'è puzza di muffa, le finestre piene di ragnatele e zanzare morte. Lampadario all'entrata si staccava dal soffitto. In camera pieno di ragnatele e zanzare tigri, impossibile dormire. La pulizia lasciava desiderare in generale, nell'armadio abbiamo trovato un portacenere contenente tabacco da masticare vecchio e ammuffito. Moquette presentava macchie e non bella da vedere. Ci siamo presentati alle 10:10 a colazione, dopo 5 minuti stavano già portando via diverse cose (marmellate, ecc..) e la qualità lasciava a desiderare. Dando un feedback poco positivo al check out... non ho avuto un gran riscontro."
